The Opportunity
The Commercial Services Coordinator supports the Commercial Services Manager by coordinating key services that enable member success, profitability and sustainability across commercial leasing, business appraisals and ownership transition programs.
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate end-to-end business appraisal processes, acting as the central liaison and managing required member information to support timely outcomes.
Support Property & Leasing services by maintaining leasing records, guiding members at key lease stages, and coordinating documentation and handover to progress negotiations.
Manage member enquiries and program coordination, maintaining CRM accuracy, delivering monthly reporting, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely support.
Administer and maintain the Practice Sales Classifieds platform, including updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop training and education resources to support members in buy and sell activity and ownership transitions.
Provide general support to the Commercial Services Manager, During periods of leave or unavailability, manage member and non-member enquires on behalf of the Business Services manager.
What experience will you bring to the role
Experience in commercial and retail leasing advantageous
Moderate financial experience - understanding of business financial statements
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
Proactive, collaborative and service-oriented approach
Experience in professional services, health, retail, or member-based organisation is beneficial
